This series consists of disbursement and adjustment forms for Indian Service Special Deposit Accounts. The series also includes related records concerning the special deposit accounts. The disbursement and adjustment forms list the debits and credits to various special deposit accounts. These forms include the numbers of the checks issued, voided check numbers, miscellaneous transactions, the related field office and accounting office, and the date. The related records include correspondence; office memorandums; check copies; official receipts; collection of fund forms; general, special, and revolving collections; public vouchers for refunds; and trust fund collections of the regional disbursing officer.
